Best value downtown, walk across the street to Minute Maid Park, 10 minutes from convention center. Building is historic, but not much to look at from the outside. Don't let that worry you. Rooms are spacious and modern with updated bathrooms and comfortable beds. Decent views, especially from the 21st floor ballroom. Perfect for couples and solo travellers looking for cleanliness and comfort at a reasonable price in the heart of Houston for 1-2 nights.

Great location and room but the elevations need repair -- we often waited 5 mins or more, which is weird these days. Other than that, this was a great place to stay to get to the Houston Astros game and there was plenty of team spirit around.

My room was actually beautiful! It was nice not to have the cookie cutter look of a Marriott or Hyatt hotel. It was a much nicer room than expected considering the price I paid. Very clean, I didn’t get the vibe of “oh 2,000 people have slept in this bed before me” so that’s always a plus!?😂

We loved the proximity to the stadium, and the hotel itself was lovely. The front desk staff was very friendly, and the ability to get answers to any questions we had was wonderful.

Loved the room and shower , the view was amazing , The Receptionists were lovely and a delight to talk to and helped us anyway they could , The Bar and Restaurant the food was good ate there every Morning , There was A Hispanic Male Server He was Lovely Made us Smile and Laugh Every Morning There was Guys on the Door were an absolute Delight they talked to us before we left and when we got back they even suggested where to go and how to get there

Really nice hotel, with lovely rooms and a really nice bathroom. The room we got was a twin room, but felt more like a suite with the size of the room. Good location, within walking distance to the toyota center and lots of bars and restaurants The restaurant has a good breakfast, but be prepared for the portion sizes which are very large

Location was great. Right down from the ballpark. The rooms were clean and overall a very nice place. Parking attendants were the best!! Jose was the man!
